Dear Valued Customers, Shareholders, Partners, Colleagues and Friends,

2025年接近尾聲。這一年，是同力重工發(fā)展歷程中具有重要里程碑意義的一年。

2025 is drawing to a close. This year marks a milestone of profound significance in the development journey of Tonly.

我們不僅完成了新能源與智能化產(chǎn)品的全面迭代，更在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中持續(xù)保持銷量領(lǐng)先，實(shí)現(xiàn)了市場(chǎng)地位的穩(wěn)固提升。

We have not only completed a comprehensive upgrade of our new energy and intelligent product portfolio, but also maintained a leading position in sales amid intense market competition, achieving a solid enhancement in our market standing.

新年即將到來(lái)。我謹(jǐn)代表陜西同力重工股份有限公司向所有信任支持我們的客戶、股東與合作伙伴，向每一位拼搏奮斗的同力人，向關(guān)心支持我們的各界朋友，致以誠(chéng)摯的感謝和美好的祝福！

In the face of profound transformations in the global construction machinery industry, we have adhered firmly to our strategic direction of “continuously enhancing product value for users”, concentrating efforts on adjustments and achieving systematic advancement.

品牌實(shí)力持續(xù)提升：蟬聯(lián)“全球工程機(jī)械制造商50強(qiáng)”，排名躍升至第39位，行業(yè)影響力進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)；

Growing Brand Strength: we were once again selected into the Top 50 Global Construction Machinery Manufactures, jumping to the 39th position, which further strengthened our influence in the industry.

技術(shù)產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)突破：成功發(fā)布EQ100E無(wú)人駕駛產(chǎn)品，完成TED136剛性礦卡下線驗(yàn)證，打造了多款引領(lǐng)市場(chǎng)的精品；

Breakthroughs in Technology and Products: we successfully launched the EQ100E autonomous product, completed the offline validation of the TED136 rigid mining truck, and delivered multiple market-leading flagship products.

高端合作深化拓展：與力拓、紫金礦業(yè)等全球礦業(yè)巨頭深化戰(zhàn)略合作，產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入更多高端應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景；

Deepened and Expanded High-End Cooperation: We have deepened strategic cooperation with global mining leaders such as Rio Tinto and Zijin Mining, enabling our products to enter more high-end application scenarios.

綠色發(fā)展扎實(shí)推進(jìn)：綠色工廠建設(shè)成效顯著，新能源產(chǎn)品占比穩(wěn)步提升，“低碳+零碳”成為發(fā)展底色；

Solid Progress in Green Development: Notable achievements have been made in the construction of green factories, the proportion of new energy products has increased steadily, and “l(fā)ow-carbon+zero carbon” has become a defining feature of our development path.

品牌文化凝聚共識(shí)：通過(guò)“淬火成鋼、聚力登峰”系列活動(dòng)，進(jìn)一步塑造品牌內(nèi)涵，增強(qiáng)文化認(rèn)同。

Brand Culture Forging Consensus: Through the “Tempered into Steel, United to Reach New Peaks” series of initiatives, we have further enriched our brand narrative and strengthened cultural identity and alignment.

二十年征程：從行業(yè)的開(kāi)創(chuàng)到持續(xù)引領(lǐng)

Twenty Years of Progress: From Industry Pioneer to Sustained Leader

2005年，同力重工開(kāi)創(chuàng)了中國(guó)非公路寬體自卸車行業(yè)。這二十年來(lái)，我們從第一臺(tái)產(chǎn)品起步，持續(xù)推動(dòng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，產(chǎn)品承載噸位從30噸提升至136噸，實(shí)現(xiàn)了礦山運(yùn)輸方式的革命性變革。這一切成就，源于我們長(zhǎng)期積淀的五項(xiàng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力：精準(zhǔn)的市場(chǎng)洞察、深厚的礦山文化、持續(xù)的進(jìn)化能力、卓越的品牌價(jià)值和高度凝聚的核心團(tuán)隊(duì)。

Founded in 2005, Tonly pioneered China’s off-road wide-body dump truck(WBT) sector. Over the past two decades, starting from our very first product, we have continuously driven technological innovation. The load-carrying capacity of our products has increased from 30 tons to 136 tons, achieving a revolutionary transformation in mining transportation methods. All these achievements stem from our five long-standing core competencies: precise market insight, a deep-rooted mining culture, sustained evolutionary capability, outstanding brand value, and a highly cohesive core team.

經(jīng)過(guò)二十年發(fā)展，我們已構(gòu)建完整的組織體系和運(yùn)營(yíng)能力，質(zhì)量管理、環(huán)境管理、職業(yè)健康、能源管理及兩化融合五大體系，與研發(fā)、制造、營(yíng)銷、服務(wù)、采購(gòu)等職能深度融合，形成了“專、精、特、新”的系統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。

After twenty years of development, we have established a comprehensive organizational structure and robust operational capabilities. Five integrated management systems—quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, energy management, and the integration of industrialization and informatization—are deeply embedded across R&D, manufacturing, marketing, service, and procurement functions, forming a systematic competitive advantage defined by “specialization, precision, differentiation, and innovation”.

未來(lái)展望：扎根礦山，全球布局

Looking Ahead: Rooted in Mining, Expanding Globally

展望未來(lái)，同力重工將繼續(xù)扎根礦山，推進(jìn)全域布局和體系進(jìn)階。

Looking ahead, Tonly will remain firmly rooted in the mining sector, advancing comprehensive market deployment and systematic capability upgrading.

戰(zhàn)略方向：以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和卓越服務(wù)為驅(qū)動(dòng)，深耕新能源、無(wú)人駕駛、大型化及地下采礦領(lǐng)域，打造專業(yè)化、平臺(tái)化、高端化的工程機(jī)械企業(yè)。

Strategic Direction: Driven by technological innovation and excellence in services, we will continue to deepen our focus on new energy, autonomous driving, large-scale equipment, and underground mining, building a professional, platform-based, and high-end construction machinery enterprise.

發(fā)展目標(biāo)：矢志成為全球領(lǐng)先的工程運(yùn)輸方案與設(shè)備供應(yīng)商。

Development goal: We are committed to becoming a globally leading supplier of engineering transport solutions and equipment.

實(shí)施路徑：

Implementation roadmap:

1、堅(jiān)持戰(zhàn)略引領(lǐng)，推動(dòng)多平臺(tái)協(xié)同發(fā)展；

Uphold strategic leadership and promote coordinated development across multiple platforms.

2、國(guó)內(nèi)夯實(shí)存量、拓展增量，海外業(yè)務(wù)占比提升至50%以上；

Consolidate our existing domestic business while expanding incremental growth, with overseas operations accounting for more than 50% of total revenue.

3、推進(jìn)海外制造基地落地運(yùn)營(yíng)，加快全球化布局；

Promote the establishment and operation of overseas manufacturing bases to accelerate our global layout.

4、構(gòu)建ESG戰(zhàn)略體系，實(shí)施價(jià)值鏈脫碳管理；

Establish a comprehensive ESG strategic framework and implement value-chain decarbonization management.

5、實(shí)現(xiàn)品牌資產(chǎn)與價(jià)值的全面躍升。

Achieve a comprehensive upgrade in brand equity and brand value.

2026年：堅(jiān)守初心，共創(chuàng)未來(lái)

2026: Staying true to our original aspiration, shaping the future together

新的一年，我們將繼續(xù)堅(jiān)守“持續(xù)提升用戶產(chǎn)品價(jià)值”的初心，以真誠(chéng)、實(shí)干、擔(dān)當(dāng)、向善的態(tài)度，不斷提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，與各位伙伴攜手前行，共同譜寫同力重工發(fā)展的新篇章。

In the new year, we will remain steadfast in our original commitment to “continuously enhancing product value for users”. Guided by sincerity, diligence, accountability, and a commitment to the greater good, we will continue to strengthen our core competitiveness and move forward hand in hand with our partners to jointly write a new chapter in the development of Tonly.
