萬廣華教授

南開大學資深教授、發(fā)展研究院副院長，聯(lián)合國、亞洲開發(fā)銀行前高級官員，在《World Development》《Health Economics》等期刊和牛津大學出版社發(fā)表學術(shù)成果300多項，其中中文期刊論文160多篇，僅在《中國社會科學》《經(jīng)濟研究》兩刊上就發(fā)表近30篇。根據(jù)RePEc，在全球經(jīng)濟學家中排名前4%，亞洲前2%，是多年的高被引學者。先后4次獲得國家自科基金委項目，2項重點（每項直接費用200多萬），1次專項（150萬）。

Although climate change affects different countries, regions and sectors differently, its impacts on between-country inequality have received scant research attention. To fill this gap, we apply regression-based inequality decomposition to 1950 – 2019 data from 152 countries, taking into consideration the volatility of and spatial dispersion in temperature in addition to the commonly-used variable of temperature level. Our analytical results reveal that in accounting for the level of between-country inequality, the contribution of temperature variables is around 8-9%. In accounting for the change in global inequality, the overall impact of climate change appears to be small, causing the Gini index to rise by 0.16 percentage points only.
