GENMA推薦的潤滑脂標準

根據(jù)維護手冊，GENMA設(shè)備多數(shù)脂潤滑點推薦使用：GADUS S2 V220 2。這是一款高性能鋰基潤滑脂，適用于寬溫范圍，具有良好的抗磨損、防腐蝕和抗氧化性能。

需要說明的是，GADUS S2 V220 2只是一個性能標準的參考。選脂時，環(huán)境溫度是首要考慮因素。這款型號適用于-20℃至+130℃的溫度范圍，覆蓋了大多數(shù)溫帶和亞熱帶地區(qū)的使用場景。如果設(shè)備長期在低于-20℃的嚴寒地區(qū)作業(yè)，需要選用稠度更軟的潤滑脂（如NLGI 1或0）以保證低溫泵送性；如果設(shè)備在高溫環(huán)境下運行，則需選用耐高溫合成潤滑脂。在極寒或極熱工況下，請聯(lián)系GENMA售服工程師獲取針對性建議。

為什么不能隨便替代？

不同潤滑脂的稠度、滴點、極壓性能差異很大。如果用了不合適的潤滑脂：

選脂三原則

1、看品牌和規(guī)格：優(yōu)先選擇GENMA指定的品牌型號

2、看環(huán)境溫度：當?shù)貧夂驔Q定潤滑脂的稠度等級（如NLGI 2適用于大多數(shù)溫帶地區(qū)）

3、看用途：重載、低速用極壓脂；高速、輕載用普通脂

順便提醒：潤滑脂也會過期

潤滑脂不是“永久有效”。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)顏色發(fā)黑、表面浮油、硬化結(jié)塊、乳化發(fā)白或聞到酸臭味——說明已經(jīng)變質(zhì)，別再用了。變質(zhì)的潤滑脂不僅沒用，還可能加速磨損。

Not all greases are created equal – prices range from cheap to crazy expensive. But here’s the truth: the most expensive grease isn’t always the best. The right match matters way more.

GENMA’s go-to grease

For most lubrication points on GENMA equipment, we recommend GADUS S2 V220 2 – a high-performance lithium-based grease that handles wide temperatures, resists wear, and fights corrosion and oxidation.

Just to be clear: GADUS S2 V220 2 is a performance reference, not a fixed rule. When choosing grease, ambient temperature is your first consideration.

This grade works well in temperatures from -20°C to +130°C, which covers most temperate and subtropical regions.

Below -20°C (extreme cold)? Go with a softer NLGI 1 or 0 grease for better pumpability.

High-temperature conditions? Choose a high-temperature synthetic grease.

For extreme hot or cold environments, contact your GENMA service engineer for specific recommendations.

Why you shouldn’t just grab any grease

Different greases have very different thickness (consistency), drop points, and pressure performance. Using the wrong one can cause:

Too thin → melts away under heat → no lubrication

Too thick → won’t pump in cold weather → clogs your central lube system

Incompatible base oil → grease hardens or separates → total failure

3 simple rules for picking grease

1. Brand & spec – Stick with GENMA-recommended types when possible.

2. Ambient temperature – Choose the right NLGI grade (e.g., NLGI 2 works for most temperate regions).

3. Application – Heavy loads & low speeds = extreme-pressure grease. High speed & light loads = standard grease.

Yes, grease expires too

It doesn’t last forever. Stop using it if you see:

? Dark or black color

? Oil separating on top

? Hard, crusty chunks

? White, milky look (water contamination)

? Sour or rotten smell
