LiuGong Hosts CITIEA Annual Meeting, Advancing Local Talent Development

4月27日至28日，第四屆中國(guó)—印度尼西亞職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)教聯(lián)盟（CITIEA）年會(huì)在印尼日惹加查馬達(dá)大學(xué)舉行。作為聯(lián)盟核心成員及承辦單位之一，柳工印尼全程參與，并與多所院校簽署職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)三方合作協(xié)議，推動(dòng)本地技能人才培養(yǎng)邁出新步伐。

On April 27-28, the 4^th China-Indonesia TVET Industry-Education Alliance (CITIEA) Annual Meeting was held at Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta. As a core member and co-host, LiuGong Indonesia actively participated and signed tripartite agreements with partner institutions, advancing local talent development.

政校企齊聚，共話職教未來(lái)

High-Level Participation

中印尼職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)教聯(lián)盟成立于2023年，是兩國(guó)職業(yè)教育合作中規(guī)模最大、影響力最廣的平臺(tái)。本次年會(huì)得到中印尼兩國(guó)政府高度重視。印尼人類發(fā)展與文化事務(wù)統(tǒng)籌部長(zhǎng)Pratikno出席并發(fā)表主旨演講，中印尼政府代表及多所高校負(fù)責(zé)人等200余位嘉賓共同參會(huì)，充分體現(xiàn)了活動(dòng)的高規(guī)格與廣泛影響力。

Founded in 2023, CITIEA is the largest and most influential platform for China-Indonesia vocational education cooperation. The annual meeting received strong support from both governments. Coordinating Minister Pratikno delivered a keynote speech, with over 200 representatives from governments, universities, and industry attending, highlighting the event’s high profile and broad impact.

聚焦產(chǎn)業(yè)需求，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)教融合

Aligning Talent with Industry Needs

柳工印尼公司總經(jīng)理林龍代表行業(yè)發(fā)表講話，分享了柳工在印尼深耕多年的本地化經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并強(qiáng)調(diào)職業(yè)教育必須與產(chǎn)業(yè)需求同頻共振。柳工將開(kāi)放技術(shù)場(chǎng)景與崗位資源，與院校共同培養(yǎng)“用得上、留得住”的本地技能人才。同時(shí)他還介紹了培訓(xùn)體系及實(shí)習(xí)就業(yè)通道，獲得多方積極反饋。

Levi Lin, President Director of LiuGong Machinery Indonesia, delivered a speech and shared LiuGong’s years of local experience in Indonesia. He highlighted that vocational education must align with industry needs. The company will leverage real work scenarios and job opportunities to co-develop skilled local talents with partner institutions. Its training and internship programs also received strong recognition.

三方簽約，打造協(xié)同育人模式

Tripartite Collaboration for Talent Development

作為本次年會(huì)的重要成果，柳工印尼公司與柳州職業(yè)技術(shù)大學(xué)、巴淡國(guó)立理工學(xué)院等合作院校共同簽署了職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)三方合作協(xié)議，圍繞課程共建、師資培養(yǎng)及實(shí)習(xí)就業(yè)開(kāi)展深度合作，為企業(yè)及行業(yè)培養(yǎng)具備實(shí)操能力的技術(shù)人才。

During the event, LiuGong Indonesia signed a tripartite vocational talent cultivation agreement with Liuzhou Polytechnic University and Batam Polytechnic, etc, focusing on curriculum development, faculty training, and internship pathways to cultivate hands-on technical talents.

簽約儀式后，印尼人類發(fā)展與文化事務(wù)統(tǒng)籌部長(zhǎng)Pratikno對(duì)柳工長(zhǎng)期積極參與印尼職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)給予高度評(píng)價(jià)。他指出：“柳工不僅為印尼帶來(lái)了先進(jìn)的工程機(jī)械技術(shù)，更通過(guò)深度校企合作，培養(yǎng)了一批具備實(shí)操能力的本地青年人才。這種‘產(chǎn)業(yè)反哺教育、教育支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)’的合作模式，正是印尼職業(yè)教育改革所亟需的典范?！?/span>

During the post-signing session, Coordinating Minister Pratikno commended LiuGong for its long-standing commitment to Indonesia's vocational education system. He stated, "LiuGong has not only brought advanced machinery technology to Indonesia but also cultivated a team of skilled local youth through deep industry-academia collaboration. This model of 'industry nurturing education and education supporting industry' is exactly the exemplary approach that Indonesia's vocational education reform urgently needs."

從設(shè)備輸出到能力共建

From Equipment Provider to Capability Builder

通過(guò)此次合作，柳工進(jìn)一步深化本地化戰(zhàn)略，從“設(shè)備輸出者”向“能力共建者”轉(zhuǎn)型，完善人才培養(yǎng)體系，為印尼基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及新能源發(fā)展持續(xù)輸送高素質(zhì)技術(shù)人才。

Through this initiative, LiuGong continues to strengthen its localization strategy, evolving from an equipment provider to a capability builder, and contributing skilled talents to Indonesia’s infrastructure and new energy sectors.
