近日，柳工西非服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)在加納礦山客戶現(xiàn)場順利完成3臺(tái)975F大型挖掘機(jī)的組裝、調(diào)試、擴(kuò)軌及操作培訓(xùn)工作。從設(shè)備抵達(dá)工地到正式交付，專業(yè)高效的服務(wù)贏得客戶高度贊譽(yù)。

Recently, LiuGong’s West Africa service team successfully completed the assembly, commissioning, track extension, and operator training for three 975F large excavators at a customer’s site in Ghana, earning high praise from the customer for the team’s professional and efficient service.

客戶工地位于山林深處，地形復(fù)雜、場地狹小，沒有平整的施工區(qū)域，設(shè)備組裝難度較大。面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)，柳工服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)提前進(jìn)行安全評(píng)估，制定周密的組裝方案。

Located deep in the mountains, the jobsite presented significant challenges. The terrain was complex, the workspace limited, and there was no level ground for assembly. In response, the LiuGong service team conducted thorough safety assessments in advance and developed a detailed assembly plan.

設(shè)備調(diào)試完成后，團(tuán)隊(duì)還為客戶操作手和維保人員開展了現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)，細(xì)致講解設(shè)備操作要點(diǎn)與維護(hù)規(guī)范，幫助客戶迅速熟悉設(shè)備性能，讓設(shè)備一投入使用便能高效作業(yè)。

After commissioning was completed, the team also provided on-site training for the customer’s operators and maintenance personnel, explaining key operating procedures and maintenance practices in detail. This ensured the machines could be put into efficient operation immediately.
